Sometimes pain is resistant to almost everything. If you think of fascia as a multidimensional spider web, you will start to understand CoAT Fascial Drift. A fractal is a natural formation found repetitively in nature. The fractal formation creates its own shape through repetition of itself in various scales of size. For example a cauliflower is made up of tiny little cauliflowers that repeat the shape over and over in various scales ultimately creating the one unified cauliflower shape.
